AGR Sports — Policies & Terms
Welcome to AGR Sports Adventure Park. By booking online, paying a deposit, or participating in any activity at AGR Sports, you agree to the policies below.
1) No Refund Policy (All Sales Final)
All purchases and payments made to AGR Sports are final.
✅ No monetary refunds are provided for:

Packages, reservations, party tables
-
Deposits
-
Walk-in purchases
-
Add-ons, upgrades, or merchandise
If you cannot attend, we may offer store credit/rescheduling depending on the situation (see below).
Packages and other shooting games is rotation-based. Unused activities or ammo are non-refundable.
2) Deposits & Party Reservations

Party reservations require a deposit to secure your date/time and reserve tables.

Deposits are non-refundable.
-
Your deposit is applied toward your party balance on the day of your event.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule:

Deposits may be converted into store credit and used toward a future booking.

Store credit is valid for up to 365 days from the original reservation date (unless otherwise approved by management).
3) Cancellations / No-Shows
If you cancel or do not show up for your reservation:
-
No refund
-
Deposit remains non-refundable
-
Store credit may be issued at management discretion (depending on the situation)
4) Check-In Requirements
To confirm identity and prevent fraud:

Please bring the credit/debit card used to pay and a photo ID.

The cardholder name must match the ID.
-
AGR Sports may require verification at check-in.
5) Safety Rules & Game Conduct
Safety is taken seriously at AGR Sports.

All players must follow instructor rules at all times.
-
Removing masks in game areas (paintball/airsoft/etc.) is strictly prohibited.
-
Any unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.
6) Parents & Safety Area Policy
For safety and organization:

Only players are allowed in the Safety Briefing / Gear-Up area.
-
Parents/guests should remain outside designated safety areas unless staff invites them.
-
For kids groups, we allow limited support (example: 1 adult per 10 minors) at staff discretion.
This rule ensures children listen to staff and groups stay organized.
7) Equipment Policy
We inspect and maintain all equipment regularly. If a technical issue happens during play:

Staff will replace/repair equipment immediately where possible.

Equipment problems do not automatically qualify for refunds.
8) Photo / Video Release
By entering AGR Sports facilities, you understand that photos or videos may be taken for marketing and promotional purposes, and you grant AGR Sports permission to use them unless you notify our team in writing.
9) Marketing Communications (Email/SMS)
By booking, filling out forms, or opting in, you may receive:

important notifications

special offers
You can unsubscribe at any time:

10) Waiver Requirement
All participants must complete a waiver before participating.

Participants under 18 must have a parent/legal guardian complete the waiver.

You cannot play without a signed waiver.
